Byron Allen's Entertainment Studios Inc. has
partnered with MySpace to bring 10 channels to
MySpaceTV web channels, becoming the
single largest provider of video content to its MySpaceTV Web portal.
This is the first time Entertainment Studios has entered into an
agreement to distribute its content globally online.

Vivendi Games' Sierra Entertainment has announced that 50 Cent will reprise his role as video
game hero with the upcoming sequel to the hit 2005 PlayStation2 cand Xbox game with "50 Cent: Blood on the Sand."
50 Cent and G Unit's Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo and DJ Whoo Kid will star and
provide voice and likeness in the upcoming video game this fall on Xbox 360 and PlayStation3.

Damon Wayans have announced the debut of Wayans' official "WayOutTV"
channel on YouTube. The new "WayOutTV" channel (www.youtube.com/wayouttv)
will serve as a creative haven for up-and-coming writers, directors,
producers, actors and musical talent by showcasing the funniest sketch
videos Wayans has to offer and allowing undiscovered talent and fans to
respond directly.

Damon Wayans ("In Living Color" and "My Wife and Kids") recently showed a prototype of WayOutTV.com, his new website
project, to attendees at a Dealmaker media investment conference. WayOutTV.com will feature videos produced by aspiring young comedians handpicked by Wayans who sees the free site as an online comedy club and production
studio that could eventually change the way content is bought and sold
in Hollywood.
